The people behind the scenes are in the business of building Internet based software and we've been in the computer industry for over 25 years.

Why is it free?
This project started as a tool for us to use ourselves.  As word got out, it quickly expanded to something our friends and family wanted to use.  We could have easily put a price tag on it like other companies have, but, we have other business ventures that pay the bills so why not help people out and give it away for free? We may add some advertising at some point so the website can support itself, but we have no plans to ever charge you maintain your property inventory. 

How secure is my identity and personal information?
The beauty of our free property inventory system is that we don't need to know who you are. We never store your name or address with your inventory, and everything is free so there's no need to collect billing information.

Can I upload receipts and pictures?
Absolutely! You can use a scanner and a digital camera to get everything into a digital format, then use PropertyInventory.com to upload and store images of receipts, warranties, photos, and anything else pertaining to a specific item.

How do I get a copy of my inventory?
You can either print a report of your inventory, or export an electronic copy to be saved on your computer.
